TERMS AND CONDITIONS / CANCELLATION POLICY

Conference Registration Fee:
The registration fee covers; entry to conference sessions (11-12 sep), coffee breaks, lunches and conference kit containing conference matersails in a bag. The registration fee also covers; the panaromic old city tour and the dinner after panaromic tour will be organized at the end of last session (12 sep). The Conference registration fee does not cover hotel accomodation, post-conference tour (13-15 sep) and gala dinner.

Accompanying person fee;
Covers the all rights for “Conference Registration Fee” mentioned above.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
The all cancellations requests should be send to info@motifly.com via email or send to +902164919453 via fax. No verbal cancellations of reservations can be accepted. For the final cancellation you should get “cancellation confirmation”  by organization company.

150 Euro deduction will be applied  for the cancellations before  1st July 2013. The won’t be any refund after 1st July 2013. Refunds will be paid within 8 weeks after  the date of organization. Alternatively; Participant (name) changes are accepted.
Hotel's own cancellation policy will apply for the hotel cancellations. The Hotels reserve the right to charge 1 night no-show for cancellations.
No refund for unused event and services.

Payments
Payments will be accepted with PayPal via conference web site or the bank transfer to bank account given on the conference website.
For Bank transfers please make sure you transact sent as the exact price and no withold for transfer costs.
For  the final reservation all payments should be done. After that you will be received your reservation confirmation.

Ps.: Please introduce yourself with your  id card on the conference registration desk at the first day of conference.
